Terms of Sale and Use

We sell downloadable PDF practice packs for NAPLAN, Edutest and ACER scholarship exam preparation, and offer free sample quizzes. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) at checkout.

Payment is processed by PayPal. After payment you receive a one-time download link on screen straight away. The link expires after 15 minutes, so please download the file before leaving the page.

If a link expires or fails, email chrisdevguy@gmail.com with your PayPal order ID and we will send a new one.

If you are not happy with a pack, email chrisdevguy@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your PayPal order ID and we will refund you through PayPal. You do not need to give a reason.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, including your right to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, is missing or is not as described.

When you buy a pack we license it to you for personal, non-commercial use by your own household. You may print it and use it with your children.

You may not resell, share, upload, publish or distribute the files, or use them in a school, tutoring business or other commercial setting, without our written permission.

Our materials are practice resources written to match the published formats of NAPLAN, Edutest and ACER tests. We cannot guarantee any exam result, scholarship or school placement.

Writing feedback from the assessment tool is automatically generated. It is indicative only, can contain mistakes and is not a substitute for a teacher's judgement.

PracticeExamPro is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ACARA (which runs NAPLAN), Edutest or ACER. Those names are used only to describe the exams our materials help students prepare for.

The questions, explanations, designs and other content on this site and in our packs belong to PracticeExamPro. You may not copy or reproduce them except as allowed by your licence.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Our liability for a product is limited, at our option, to replacing it or refunding the price you paid. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
